Repflow7 Youth Empowerment & Violence Prevention is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth through mentorship, leadership development, fitness and wellness, academic support, and violence prevention programs.
Serving as a community resource for youth and families, Repflow7 provides structure, discipline, accountability, and positive guidance to help young people overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
Our mission is to create safer communities by investing in the next generation through education, character development, healthy lifestyles, and positive mentorship opportunities.

I am writing this letter in support of Coach Marty Bishop. I have known Coach Marty practically all my life. During this time, he has been a coach, a friend, a mentor and my own motivational speaker. For as long as I can remember Coach Marty has worked with me as a trainer and has never told me anything that was not true. He has always been there for me no matter how short the notice, always giving me 100% of himself to help me reach my goals. At the end of last year, I was told that I was not good enough to compete at a prep school. After that time, I felt discouraged and ready to settle for less. It was Coach Marty who encouraged me to work harder and strive for more. As a result, I am currently in my final weeks at Fork Union Military Academy preparing to play Division 1 football. None of this would have been possible without Coach Marty. I thank God for him.

It is with great pleasure that I write this letter for Coach Marty. Coach Marty is one of the few people that I will actually listen to. The reason behind that is because he cares and he only speaks the truth. Coach Marty has trained me for many years and I can’t think of one time when he has corrected me without giving me credit at the same time. He is one of the most honest and fair men I know. I would trust him with my life. You would have to know me to understand the weight of that statement. If all men were like him, we would all have great fathers.
